On March 19, Fox23 did a spot on Hartley Bowman and Reagan Collins’ Schweitzer Project Veggies for Life, happening at the Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges. Their initiative teaches cooking and nutrition to adults with disabilities. This work addresses an immense disparity around health outcomes for this population. Watch the piece here.
